Dress the Population Women's Tiffany One Shoulder Bow Detail Midi Sheath Dress - Elegant Cocktail Party & Wedding Guest Dress

I am recently postpartum and sized up in this dress because other reviews mentioned it ran small... I have a 30" waist now and got a medium. It fit well (a little roomy) on the bottom but the top was too large for me, I had several extra inches of space and the bust seams were very projected and structured so it looked a bit silly. I'm probably something like a 32D and it just wasn't going to work without an alteration. Pretty dress though.
